This trophy has been won by some top riders and this year was no exception. Amanda McCutcheon was on top form when she scored the highest marks in this hotly contested class. There is a lovely silver rosebowl donated by Megan Hawkins (nee Linton) in memory of her father, Bob Linton and the yellow rosebush for the winner to plant as a permanent token from the event. Bob’s favourite flowers were yellow roses and it is only fitting that the sash and ribbon that holds the medal and indeed the rosebush are in his favourite colour.
